Clients Goals

To create an entertainment building, to host bands and entertainment events.

What we provided

We were contacted and asked to provide some budget costs.  Then asked to attend site. The meeting took place on a plot of land, in the middle of a very popular entertainments area of Liverpool.  The client had an existing events business and wanted to expand and expand quickly on to the site.  I explained all of the processes with planning, building control and other authorities/consultants that would be to deliver such a project. Particularly with the planned usage of the building.

The client seemed quite taken back by the task ahead.  We then through the clients vision would end there.  A few weeks later, we received a call.  We were pleasantly surprised to find the client had assembled the team of people discussed. Now it was full steam ahead, with some very tight deadlines to meet. We had one very motivated client on our hands. The building was constructed and internals finished.  With hours to spare, ready for the planned opening night.
