Commercial development of area of land formerly the British Sugar beet factory in Kidderminster

What we provided

Omega Steel Building Solutions designed, detailed and supplied 4no commercial industrial spec steel portal frame buildings. We initially provided costings for the supply and installation of the 4no buildings works which were accepted for all elements work. We explained all of the processes with planning, building control and other authorities/consultants that would need to be engaged to deliver the project. After some technical and informative meetings on site in Kidderminster, Worcestershire with our client and others involved, we got the drawings and building specifications accepted and were in a position to move to manufacture of the buildings and pencil in a start date for the installation. With no other buildings currently on site, the groundworks were in a position to proceed with no delays and put us in a good position ensuring the program of works would be achieved. 

Having 4no buildings on this site to manufacture and install consecutively took extensive planning and management throughout to ensure materials, plant and install teams were on site as and when required. Working efficiently will all involved we were pleased to complete the works on schedule and to our usual high level of workmanship. We have proud of the outcome and pleased to work with such enthusiastic and through local companies to achieve such a great development to showcase the Omega Steel Buildings locally to our offices in Bewdley.
