Clients’ Goals
OCL were operating from two sites, within 3 miles from one another and were looking to bring all elements of the business to one location.
What we provided
We worked in the early stages with the Architect and chosen groundwork contractor to plan out a schedule of works and specification.
Once the specification had been agreed between all contractors and consultants, we began manufacture and Installation of the Steel Framed Building, Kingspan Composite cladding, Personnel access and roller doors.
Our element of works also involved providing the netting, edge protection and plant required to safety installed the Steel Building.
The Building was manufactured in 3 working weeks and Installation completed in 8 working Days.
