Turnaround

All orders are shipped within the agreed time during sale. Or otherwise stated. As all our steel buildings are built to specification turn around times are between 4-6 weeks. To get an estimated time on your steel building please contact us with your details and we will be happy to provide further information. If there is any delay in the manufacturing of your building we will contact you to let you know. We will keep you updated every step of the way to ensure you are kept informed.

Order Tracking

If you would like an estimation on the progress of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. – Please bare in mind this is not necessary as we will keep you informed of our expectant delivery date and installation.

Shipping Rate

Shipping charges are included (unless otherwise stated i.e on eBay etc), at time of sale. If different we will notify you  before you purchase your building of any extra charges.

Returns

We will provide returns and refunds if there is a manufacturing fault, we will not provide a refund if there is damage to any of the products we sell if you have attempted to erect them yourself and damage is present due to this. Upon delivery if you change your mind, you can refuse this, however in all cases please contact us in advance so we can resolve the matter or prevent any delivery feels being incurred and time wasted.
